- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.

- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Computer Science.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Complaint Handling Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Securities, Mutual Funds, And Alternative Investments.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Or Sensitive Situations.
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Complaint Handling, Such As Finra Rule 4530 And Sec Rule 17A-3(A)(18).
