
Client Relations Specialist
We are searching for an organized and customer-focused Client Relations Specialist to join SS&C Technologies. Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and propose strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives to optimize customer satisfaction.
