Job Description

We are searching for an organized and customer-focused Client Relations Specialist to join SS&C Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, while managing customer inquiries and technical support.The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support in a timely manner.
  2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve customer issues.
  3. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and propose strategies to enhance customer experience.
  4. Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service.
  5. Develop and implement customer service initiatives to optimize customer satisfaction.
  6. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company databases.
  7. Remain up to date on products, services, and customer service best practices.
  8. Utilize problem-solving techniques to quickly identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.
  10. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
