
Manager, International Strategic Account Management
We are looking for an experienced Manager, International Strategic Account Management at Square who is excited to join our fast-paced and growing team. This role is based in San Francisco, and requires travel up to 25% of the time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global strategic initiatives to drive customer success, increase customer loyalty, and generate revenue. You will leverage your deep understanding of Square’s international markets and customers to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase customer engagement.We are looking for a motivated individual who is a strategic thinker, customer-focused, and has a passion for international expansion. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. If you’re ready to take on a challenge, this could be the job for you.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in an international business role, either in corporate or in a consulting capacity • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development• Experience working with global teams in multiple countries• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to think strategically about customer needs and business objectives• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
