Build talent pipelines of qualified internal and external candidates by using a variety of recruitment programs and sourcing techniques to include referrals, candidate reactivation, cold calls and job posting. Proactively use different resources for passive sourcing and data mining such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and reactivation of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System. Utilize job marketing/advertising, host virtual and onsite career fairs, in-store marketing, and industry networking with professional organizations and associations to increase the applicant pool. Support all Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies related to talent acquisition. Screen and assess applicant’s education, experience, training, and other qualifications; presents top candidates to hiring. Develop effective partnerships with hiring managers at all levels, to enable a full understanding of their business and the specific requirements of their positions.
