- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory levels, scheduling staff, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring an overall positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Train and develop a team of service associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and maintain the store's appearance, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, products are properly displayed, and the overall cleanliness and organization of the store meet company standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, cash handling, and customer service guidelines.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional teamwork.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered in the store to effectively answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing and rewarding employees, and addressing any performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Food Service Management Role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Handle Customer Complaints Effectively.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing Successful Teams.
Knowledge Of Natural And Organic Products, As Well As A Commitment To Sustainability And Healthy Living.
