- Oversee and manage all aspects of customer service operations within the store, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service associates to ensure they are providing excellent service and upholding company values.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist and advise customers on their purchases.
- Ensure store is stocked and organized, and products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
- Create and maintain schedules for customer service staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure they are followed by all staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure products are always in stock.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to customer service team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement in service and operations.
- Responsible for managing and adhering to budget constraints and financial goals set by the company.

Experience In Managing A Team: The Ideal Candidate For A Service Manager Job At Sprouts Farmers Market Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Team, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting.
