11. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and manage the service department budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for new products or services to enhance the store's offerings.
13. Lead by example, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the service department and throughout the store.
