  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department, including customer service, cash handling, and employee scheduling.
  2. Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all employees are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to customers.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of service employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Create and implement training programs for service employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, company policies, and customer service best practices.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of service-related products, ensuring that there is always an adequate supply for customer needs.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations, such as coordinating with the grocery team to maintain stock levels and with the marketing team to promote service-related products.
  7. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences, making recommendations for improvements or new initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Retail Experience: A Service Manager At Sprouts Farmers Market Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
