3. Ensure product quality and freshness: Follow proper procedures for receiving, storing, and handling produce to ensure the highest quality and freshness for our customers.
4. Provide expertise and knowledge on produce products: Stay up-to-date on produce trends and provide customers with information on product varieties, seasonality, and proper storage and handling.
5. Lead and train team members: Act as a mentor and leader to other produce clerks, providing guidance and training on proper procedures and customer service.
6. Ensure proper pricing and accurate inventory: Maintain accurate pricing and inventory levels for produce products, and communicate any discrepancies to management.
