Job Description

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities operations for Sprouts Farmers Market, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all store locations and facilities.
  3. Create and manage budgets for facilities maintenance and repair, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company standards.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of facilities managers, coordinators, and technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities support the overall business objectives of the company.
  6. Identify and address potential risks or issues related to facilities and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality services and products are provided at competitive prices.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facilities management, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to improve operations.
  9. Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives and practices throughout all facilities.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for facilities, including OSHA and local building codes.
  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of facilities operations and any challenges or successes.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  14. Serve as a liaison between facilities and other departments, addressing any concerns or needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold the values and mission of Sprouts Farmers Market.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Facilities Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Level Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Multiple Facilities, Including Budgeting And Cost Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
