- Review and analyze workers compensation claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Communicate with employees, managers, and insurance carriers to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims, including documentation of medical treatment and expenses.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims, including coordination with other departments and external parties.
- Monitor and track claim timelines and ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR and Safety, to identify and address potential risks and implement preventative measures.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in workers compensation regulations and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Train and mentor junior claims analysts as needed.
- Collaborate with management to analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve claims management processes.
- Prepare and present reports on claims activity and trends.

Previous Experience In Workers' Compensation Claims Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Handling Workers' Compensation Claims, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role.
