  1. Oversee and manage the dairy department within Sprouts Farmers Market.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and secure favorable pricing and promotional opportunities.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing dairy vendors and identify new potential partnerships.
