6. Train and support team members on proper scanning and pricing procedures, ensuring that all employees are up-to-date and knowledgeable on company policies and procedures.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any price inquiries or concerns from customers.
8. Work closely with the front-end team to ensure that all sale prices and discounts are correctly applied at the register.
9. Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in scanning and pricing.
10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our store remains competitive in the market.
11. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
12. Assist with other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
