  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Educate customers about Sprouts Farmers Market's mission and values.
  3. Promote and sell products to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions.
  6. Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.
  7. Implement sales strategies to increase store revenue and meet sales targets.
  8. Collaborate with team members to create attractive product displays and maintain store cleanliness.
  9. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in a positive manner.
  12. Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  13. Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  14. Work closely with management to develop and implement new sales strategies.
  15. Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor at all times.
