1. Greet and welcome customers to Sprouts Farmers Market with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Engage with customers and educate them on the benefits of our fresh, natural, and organic products.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
4. Act as an ambassador for the Sprouts brand and uphold our values and mission.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.
6. Assist customers in finding specific products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
7. Ensure an organized and well-stocked sales floor at all times.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to offer insights and suggestions for improvement.
9. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
11. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
12. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
14. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
