10. Create and implement promotions, events, and displays to attract and retain customers.
11. Train staff on proper handling and storage of produce to minimize waste and maintain quality.
12. Address customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
13. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient store operation.
14. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling and storing produce.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for the produce department.
