1. Select and package orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive the freshest and highest quality products.
2. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all orders are correct and complete.
3. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols while handling and packaging products.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
6. Monitor product inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
7. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
8. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
9. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job knowledge and skills.
12. Adapt to changes in procedures and processes as needed to meet the evolving needs of the business.
13. Follow all Sprouts Farmers Market guidelines and protocols for workplace safety and security.
14. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving order fulfillment processes and customer satisfaction.
15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
