  6. Train and educate team members on the loyalty program and its benefits to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance the loyalty program.
  8. Communicate with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues related to the loyalty program.
  9. Manage the budget and resources allocated for the loyalty program.
  10. Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives related to customer retention and engagement.

Job Qualifications
