Manager, FP&A, Supply Chain

This manager position oversees the Finance Supply Chain team responsible for the planning, forecasting, & financial analysis of certain P&L lines at Sprouts. Lead in the development of annual budgets and long-range financial planning for Sprouts. Influence decision making and support accurate planning through the development of financial models and key financial metric analyses. Drive the weekly & monthly reporting on key business metrics for department leadership. Analyze and articulate the “levers of profitability” of the business to provide a deeper understanding of key business drivers; and provide analyses and recommendations to help drive toward company revenue and profit goals. Identify business challenges and lead ad hoc projects by managing objectives, deliverables, and key milestone. Support the planning / rollout of key Strategic Initiative within the business. Lead, develop and mentor dedicated analyst(s).
