We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting to join our dynamic team. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our fixed asset and lease accounting processes.   1. Oversee the fixed asset and lease accounting processes and ensure accuracy and integrity.
  2. Manage a team of fixed asset and lease accountants, providing guidance and training as needed.
  3. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for fixed asset and lease accounting.
  4. Monitor and analyze fixed asset and lease transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate recording of fixed asset and lease transactions in the general ledger.
  6. Reconcile fixed asset and lease accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper classification and recording of fixed asset and lease transactions.
  8. Prepare and review fixed asset and lease-related journal entries, including depreciation and amortization.
  9. Conduct audits of fixed asset and lease accounts to identify and resolve any issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations related to fixed assets and leases.
  11. Provide guidance and support for the implementation of new systems and processes related to fixed asset and lease accounting.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors.
  13. Prepare and present fixed asset and lease-related reports to senior management.
  14. Identify areas for improvement in the fixed asset and lease accounting processes and implement changes as needed to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for fixed asset and lease accounting matters within the organization.
  16. Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth opportunities.
  17. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fixed Asset And Lease Accounting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Accounting Principles.

  • Prior Experience In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role.
