IT Retail Systems Analyst

The IT Retail Systems Analyst position will be responsible for providing tier 2 level support for all of Sprouts Store Retail Systems. Serves as tier two support for POS applications, POS hardware, Customer Loyalty, In-store mobile devices and E-Commerce integrations. Handles escalations from the Sprouts Support Desk. Creates communication and documentation of new systems and processes to educate end users and support desk staff. Provides application and interface support for all store retail systems. Escalates incidents to third party vendors when necessary and ensures trouble tickets are resolved appropriately. Monitors internal Incident Management System to identify trends; identifies issues and then works to resolve issues as part of the service delivery life cycle. Assist with documenting, testing and quality assurance for new systems, processes, upgrades and fixes.
