Human Resources Support Associate

You will join a COVID-19 Response Team dedicated to providing support to Sprouts team members. This immediate short-term and full-time opportunity be part of the Sprouts’ HR Call Team, who complete 10-15 illness questionnaires per day, and approximately 10 calls per case, as well as being the primary contact for follow-up calls and questions. Urgently respond to requests for the completion of Team Member Illness questionnaires (completed via phone with team members). Respond appropriately to team members questions, partnering with the appropriate parties to resolve team member questions and concerns related to COVID-19. Complete scripted calls to team members who have had overlapping shifts with a positive COVID-19 case to ensure they are supported and have all their questions answered.
