1. Oversee and manage all cashiers and cash register operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer checkout experience.
2. Train, mentor, and coach cashiers on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
3. Monitor and maintain cash registers, ensuring they are properly stocked with supplies and functioning correctly.
4. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
5. Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
6. Process returns, exchanges, and void transactions according to company policies.
7. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
9. Keep track of daily sales, returns, and other financial data.
10. Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to cashiers to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to cashiers.
12. Enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
15. Attend meetings and trainings as required by the company.
