1. Oversee the cashiers and ensure they are properly trained and following company policies and procedures.

5. Ensure all cashiers are completing transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing correct change.
6. Keep track of all cashiers' schedules and breaks to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
7. Conduct regular cash audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
8. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags, cleaning conveyor belts, and ensuring proper functioning of equipment.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
10. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting and securing cash drawers and preparing deposits.
11. Continuously monitor and improve checkout processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to answer any customer inquiries.
13. Provide guidance and support to cashiers to resolve any technical or customer service issues.
14. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
15. Lead by example and promote a strong work ethic and team spirit among the cashiers.
