5. Monitor and maintain accurate cash drawer balances and handle any discrepancies.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

8. Assist with scheduling and delegating tasks to cashiers to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to cashiers.
10. Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including registers and bagging stations.
11. Work collaboratively with management to implement new policies and procedures.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to assist customers and cashiers.
13. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
14. Handle any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
