1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing excellent customer service at all times.
2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products in the store, including pricing, ingredients, and availability.
3. Stock shelves and ensure that all products are properly rotated and displayed to maintain freshness and appeal.
4. Assist customers in finding products, making recommendations, and answering any questions they may have.
5. Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down shelves and displays.
6. Receive and check in deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage of products.
7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management.
8. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
9. Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
10. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and provide excellent service to customers.
11. Continuously learn about new products and promotions in order to make recommendations to customers and increase sales.
12. Assist with merchandising, stocking, and organizing products to maintain an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
13. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
14. Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
