1. Greet and welcome customers to Sprouts Farmers Market with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering recommendations.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products sold in the grocery department and be able to accurately answer customer questions.
4. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly labeled at all times.
5. Monitor product quality and rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
6. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both customers and employees.
7. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
9. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
10. Continuously seek to improve knowledge of products and stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences.
11. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, health, and sanitation.

14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during periods of high volume and stress.
