- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure that all shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers
- Receive and unpack merchandise, checking for quality and accuracy of orders
- Rotate and restock products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist customers in finding products and providing product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including sweeping and mopping floors, and keeping shelves and displays clean and free of debris
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and achieve department goals
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and employees
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries and managing inventory levels.
