1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting products, providing recommendations and answering any questions.
3. Maintain a clean and organized grocery department, ensuring shelves are stocked, products are rotated and expired items are removed.
4. Accurately and efficiently handle cash and credit card transactions at the checkout counter.
5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food products.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including understanding and communicating the benefits of organic and natural products.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
8. Assist with receiving and stocking of inventory as needed.
9. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, while representing the company and its values.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
