1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.
3. Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, natural, and organic products at all times.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery department, including rotating stock and checking expiration dates.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
8. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and specials to effectively communicate with customers.
9. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
10. Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products and their benefits in order to better assist customers.
11. Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries as needed.
12. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
