1. Stocking and organizing the frozen food section to ensure products are easily accessible for customers.
2. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the frozen food section, including rotating and restocking products as needed.
3. Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their frozen food purchases.
4. Staying up-to-date on current and upcoming promotions and sales in the frozen food section.
5. Checking inventory levels and informing management of any low or out-of-stock items.
6. Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and stocking frozen food products.
7. Assisting with receiving and unpacking frozen food deliveries and properly storing them.
8. Communicating with other team members and departments to ensure proper product placement and availability.
9. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
10. Following company policies and procedures, including cash handling and operating equipment.
11. Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
12. Participating in training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills related to frozen food products.
