Ecommerce Operations Specialist

The Ecommerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing support to all Sprouts stores in regards to all eCommerce operations. The role will handle much of the day-to-day troubleshooting for eCommerce related matters. Will train field level Instacart Operations teams on needed Sprouts operations adjustments and directives. Will monitor eCommerce email and respond to store questions and inquiries, while troubleshooting all reported issues. Responsible for sending daily INF and weekly sales reports to eCommerce team, Store Operations and Store Managers. Will assist Manager, Online Operations during store visits and assist in maintaining eCommerce standards and practices across all Sprouts locations.
