1. Oversee all aspects of the dairy department, including product selection, inventory management, and team management.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of fresh dairy products.
4. Train and manage a team of dairy department employees, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
6. Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate promotions and displays for dairy products.

13. Manage department budget and track expenses to meet financial goals.
14. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the dairy department.
15. Stay updated on and enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
