9. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to the dairy department.
10. Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product selection and pricing.
11. Monitor and maintain department budget, including controlling costs and maximizing profits.
12. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
13. Train and enforce proper safety protocols for all employees in the dairy department.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to dairy department employees.
15. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and uphold company values and standards.
