- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers with finding products and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
- Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and ensure they are available for customers.
- Bag groceries for customers and assist with carrying them to their vehicles.
- Assist with pricing and stocking products on shelves and displays.
- Keep an eye out for any potential safety hazards and report them to management.
- Be knowledgeable about the store's products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
