As a Courtesy Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store while also assisting customers with bagging groceries and retrieving carts. 1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with bagging groceries and retrieving carts.
3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store by regularly cleaning and restocking shelves.
4. Assisting with restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
5. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
6. Communicating and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
7. Following safety and security protocols to maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
8. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the store layout, products, and services to assist customers with their shopping needs.
9. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and merchandise handling.
10. Proactively identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
11. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services.
12. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
13. Assisting with other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
