1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.
3. Bag groceries and assist customers with carrying out their purchases to their vehicles.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and sanitizing checkout areas, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
5. Stock shelves and display cases with merchandise, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced.
6. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or overstock.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and provide support as needed.
10. Continuously educate yourself on the products and services offered at Sprouts Farmers Market in order to effectively assist customers.
11. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers and team members.
12. Adhere to all cash handling procedures and accurately process transactions at the register.
