In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store. 1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
3. Assist customers with locating products and making purchase decisions.
4. Keep the store clean and well-organized at all times, including maintaining the cleanliness of the shopping carts and baskets.
5. Bag customers' groceries efficiently and carefully to prevent damage to products.
6. Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly rotated and faced.
7. Assist with price checks and price changes as needed.
8. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking duties.
9. Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
10. Act as a team player and maintain a positive attitude while working with other team members.
11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the appropriate department or manager.
12. Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
