1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly restocking shelves, cleaning spills, and organizing merchandise.
4. Bag groceries and help customers to their vehicles as needed.
5. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
6. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
7. Communicate with team members and managers to ensure smooth store operations.
8. Be knowledgeable about store products and promotions to assist customers with their shopping decisions.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and culture.
11. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
12. Complete daily tasks and assignments as assigned by managers.
13. Assist in training new team members and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the store.
14. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive work environment.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
