1. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner upon entering the store.
2. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
3. Bag groceries and assist customers with carrying their purchases to their vehicles.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning spills and restocking bags at the checkout lanes.
5. Keep track of inventory levels for bags, carts, and other supplies, and alert management when items need to be restocked.
6. Assist in monitoring and managing store entrances and exits to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for all customers.
7. Handle customer returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Support other team members in various tasks, such as restocking shelves and organizing displays.
9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering assistance whenever necessary.
11. Maintain knowledge of store policies, products, and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
12. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
