1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.

3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and other Point of Sale (POS) systems.
4. Ensure all customer purchases are properly bagged and packed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
6. Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed.
7. Educate customers about the store's policies, products, and promotions.
8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
10. Follow all cash handling and store safety procedures.
11. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
13. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the store manager.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
