1. Manage the inventory of bulk products to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
2. Create and maintain pricing strategies for bulk items to maximize sales and profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of bulk clerks, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and department efficiency.
4. Collaborate with other department managers to plan and execute promotions, events, and displays to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
5. Monitor product quality and freshness, taking necessary actions to remove expired or damaged items from the sales floor.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, resolve any issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
8. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about product assortment and pricing.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation regulations.
