1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bulk department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
2. Maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in the bulk department, including regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas.
3. Ensure that all bulk products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bulk items as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
5. Train and supervise a team of bulk department employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
6. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability in the bulk department.

10. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to the bulk department.
11. Monitor and control expenses within the bulk department, including labor, supplies, and waste.
12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
13. Participate in hiring and training new employees for the bulk department.
14. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members and other departments.
