3. Maintain a clean and organized bulk department that meets company standards.
4. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and create an appealing shopping experience for customers.
5. Place orders for bulk products and maintain accurate records of purchases and sales.
6. Train and supervise bulk department employees, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing feedback and performance evaluations.
7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation regulations.
8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about product selection and pricing.

13. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and pricing.
14. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding department performance, challenges, and opportunities.
15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and lead by example as a natural foods industry expert.
