1. Maintain a clean and organized bakery department, including shelves, display cases, and back storage areas.
2. Bake and prepare a variety of fresh and delicious baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are consistently stocked with fresh products.
4. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude and assist them with any questions or inquiries.
5. Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions, offering product suggestions, and handling any complaints or concerns.
6. Package and label bakery products accurately and efficiently.
7. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all baked goods.
8. Follow production schedules and prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to established recipes.

11. Assist with receiving and stocking bakery deliveries.
