12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
13. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a calm and effective manner.
14. Follow proper cash handling and accounting procedures.
15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
