7. Be available to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate receiving schedules.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely product flow from receiving to sales floor.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
10. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to prevent errors and maintain product integrity.
11. Act as a backup for the primary receiver in their absence, handling all duties and responsibilities associated with the role.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to receiving and inventory management.
13. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.
