1. Receive and organize shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
2. Check and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
3. Label and stock products in designated areas.
4. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
5. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with shipments to the appropriate team members.
6. Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures while handling products.
7. Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to transport and store products.
8. Assist with inventory management and tracking.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely receiving processes.
10. Follow company policies and procedures related to receiving and storing products.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to any customer inquiries or issues.
12. Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products to assist customers and answer questions.
13. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and job skills.
14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
15. Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
