- Oversee Daily Operations: The Assistant Produce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the produce department, including managing inventory, ensuring product quality and freshness, and supervising staff.
- Maintain Product Quality: This role will be responsible for ensuring that all produce meets the company's high standards for quality and freshness, and taking necessary steps to address any issues.
- Supervise Staff: The Assistant Produce Manager will be responsible for supervising and training produce department staff, including delegating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: This role will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns related to produce.

Leadership Skills: Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team Of Produce Department Employees.
Customer Service: Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Assist Customers In Selecting High-Quality Produce And Addressing Any Concerns Or Complaints.
Organization And Time Management: Strong Organizational Skills To Ensure That The Produce Department Is Well-Stocked, Clean, And Well-Maintained. Must Also Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Time Effectively.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Other Departments Within The Store. Must Also Be Able To Communicate Effectively With The Store Manager And Other Upper-Level Management.
