3. Maintain high standards of quality and freshness by regularly inspecting and rotating produce items.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in creating produce displays that are visually appealing and well-stocked.
7. Collaborate with the Store Manager and other department managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Utilize sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product selection and pricing.
10. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new produce products, and make recommendations for new items to be carried in the store.
13. Uphold company standards for workplace safety and ensure all team members are following proper safety protocols.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
